Quadlis was set up in 2015 by Damian Jowett.
Damian has 30 years experience in the construction industry starting out as a site engineer on site, setting out buildings and all aspects of construction work. Since then, he has qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor, Chartered Construction Manager and has spent 21 years as a Project Manager overseeing the whole development process. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building, a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has an MBA in Construction and Real Estate.
More recently Damian has focussed on residential developments, designing and submitting planning and building control applications as well as building defect investigations.
